The SSL handshake errors are due to a mismatch in the supported SSL ciphers built in to Workspace with the ciphers used at the Citrix Gateway. Any and all help is SO greatly appreciated!

I apologize if I don't have the appropriate amount of detail here as I'm not in IT or anything so I'm not super well-versed in this stuff. The only solution I can think of is to somehow get the previous version of the Chrome webstore Citrix app - is there a way for me to do this? My IT dept recommended installing Receiver but it won't work on my Mac and on the Windows desktop I have access to, it won't allow me to download anything that isn't the latest version of Workspace for some reason. However, apparently the "version" (?) of Citrix that my employer uses is not compatible with this new update of the Workspace app and I have been unable to connect to the server since it was updated. I have a Macbook Pro 2017 with mac OS 10.15.4 and was previously only able to access Citrix through the Workspace app on Chrome as direct downloads of Receiver and Workspace didn't work for me. To preface this, I am NOT an IT specialist - I work remotely and use Citrix to do so but my IT dept has not been able to help me with this issue.
